Northmarq Arranges Sale of Retail Strip Center in Macon, Georgia

Northmarq, one of commercial real estate’s leading investment sales brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a retail strip center located at 4590 Billy Williamson Drive in Macon, Georgia. The 7,417-square-foot property sold for $1.9 million to a private investor in Georgia represented by Doug Clyburn and Julie Clyburn of Northmarq. The seller was a California-based private investor. 

“We had the pleasure of representing the buyer of this exceptional property which is located on the pin-corner outparcel to Home Depot,” said Doug Clyburn, Associate Director in Northmarq’s Alpharetta, Georgia office. “This three-tenant building anchored by Verizon Wireless is located in one of the main retail corridors of Macon, Georgia with 3.6 million square feet of retail within a one-mile radius.”   

Located in the Macon suburbs, the retail strip center neighbors the Eisenhower Crossing power center occupied by retailers such as The Home Depot, Kroger, PetSmart, Old Navy and more. The property is located in a highly populated area with approximately 92,000 residents within five miles.
