About Kate

Kate Reddick is based in Northmarq’s Tulsa office as a Data Specialist. In her role, Reddick is responsible for researching single tenant and active external listings, verifying and interpreting data from OMs and third-party providers, and entering the information into the firm’s database for a portfolio of states. Before Northmarq, Reddick joined Stan Johnson Company in 2017 as a Research Analyst and rejoined the firm in 2021 as a Data Curator.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Reddick worked as the Client Services Coordinator for the Bixby Outreach Center. While there, she developed and monitored progress of comprehensive client-driven case plans with both short-term and long-term goals identified that promote moving towards self-sufficiency.
