Jessica Rodriguez

As Senior Manager of Property Marketing, Jessica Rodriguez is responsible for the daily operations of the Property Marketing Team, which consists of approximately 20 talented marketing and graphic design professionals who create best-in-class deliverables and campaigns for the sales teams. Rodriguez oversees the team’s technology, production, distribution and training initiatives. Her desire is to be a mentor and leader for the team and a supportive resource for the brokers at the firm. Rodriguez strives to maintain an efficient, collaborative environment that provides excellent customer service, while progressing in design and marketing strategy. Prior to Northmarq, Rodriguez joined Stan Johnson Company in 2012 as a Marketing Specialist and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in 2017 before transitioning to a full-time management role in 2018. She was promoted to Senior Manager in 2022. Before Stan Johnson Company, Rodriguez was the Director of Public Relations for a private high school, and a Freelance Graphic Designer and Photographer.
