About Donica

Donica Webb is a Senior Transaction Coordinator based out of Northmarq’s Tulsa office. She is responsible for providing senior level closing support to brokers and their clients. Webb previously served as an Operations Analyst until she was promoted in 2023 to Senior Transaction Coordinator. Before joining Northmarq, Webb served as an Operations Analyst at Stan Johnson Company. Webb joined Stan Johnson Company as a Closing Manager in the Tulsa office in November of 2013. Webb has managed approximately 100+ transactions resulting in sales of $354M. 

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Webb was a Regional Sales Manager for OCV Control Valves for close to four years. Her responsibilities included managing manufacturer’s representatives, distributors as well as engineers in the water, fire, fueling and aviation industries. Webb also took part in the training of representatives, distributors and engineers through both training seminars or webinars.

In past positions in fields of management and sales, she has gained valuable experience in understanding the financial aspects of business and transactions. Additionally, Webb has learned the different channels through which goods and services are delivered to clients and consumers in the marketplace as well as building long lasting relationships.
