About Cara

Cara Bechen is a Human Resources Manager at Northmarq. In her role, Bechen is responsible for managing company benefit plans, overseeing employee relations, leading employee onboarding and training, corporate recruiting, and managing compensation planning for the firm’s employees. She has a passion for connecting with others and helping the firm reach its greatest potential.

Before joining Northmarq, Bechen served as a Manager of Human Resources at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Bechen served as an HR business partner at Georgia-Pacific where she handled all aspects of Human Resources for a large manufacturing facility. While there, she led initiatives in employee relations, training and onboarding, compliance and investigations, and one of her favorites, Bechen helped lead the Intern and Entry-Level Professional programs across the country.
