About Tyler

Tyler Vining is a Vice President in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. He is responsible for advising investment grade credit retailers on lease renewals and sale leasebacks. Vining also specializes in advising retail, industrial, and office investors on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate investments. He performs extensive financial analyses, property due diligence, market research, and credit underwriting. Vining has underwritten over 200 commercial properties valued in excess of $2 billion.

Before joining Northmarq, Vining served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Vining worked on a high-volume retail investment sales team at a national commercial real estate firm, providing analytical, marketing, and research support for commercial properties. He was previously an Innovation Analyst at SunTrust Bank, working to enhance internal processes. Other experience includes Waffle House, Inc. corporate offices, where he performed real estate regression and financial analysis related to property acquisition and development, and Allstate Insurance, where he was responsible for developing new client relationships. Vining received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
