About Rob

Rob Gemerchak is a Vice President in Northmarq’s Toledo office. Gemerchak has over 30 years of commercial-investment expertise in sale-leasebacks, portfolio sales and single-tenant net lease industrial and office transactions throughout the U.S. He has represented many institutional, corporate, and private equity clients through his career and offers his clients in-depth experience and net lease market insight. Gemerchak has completed notable high-profile transactions ranging from $100+ million investment grade property sales to single-tenant net lease portfolios and many Fortune 500 and private credit sale-leaseback transactions. Before joining Northmarq, Gemerchak served as a Director at Stan Johnson Company.

Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Gemerchak was Senior Vice President at Binswanger for 15 years and led one of the top industrial and office net lease investment teams in the country.

A graduate of Duke University with a master’s degree from Boston University, he is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Members designation, and has been named an Industrial and Office Power Broker by the CoStar Group.
