About Patrick

Patrick Kelley is an Associate Vice President in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. He is working on Margaret Caldwell’s team as a broker. His primary focus is selling open air multi-tenant retail shopping centers nationwide for all types of owners. Before joining Northmarq, Kelley served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Kelley worked for RCG Ventures, LLC as an Acquisitions Associate. In this role, he focused on retail acquisitions in the Midwest. Before Stan Johnson Company, he worked for JLL in retail capital markets, where he focused on retail investment sales. While he was at JLL, he participated in over $250M in closed dispositions and acquisitions. Kelley also held Appraiser roles with CBRE and McColgan & Company valuing over $1B in all major property types as well as Consulting roles with Duff & Phelps and Navigant Capital Advisors.
