About Jocelyn

Jocelyn Garcia is an Associate in Northmarq’s New York office. Garcia has closed over $14 million in successful transactions and has extensive experience in both acquisitions and dispositions in the multifamily space. She specializes in net lease and sale leaseback investments. Prior to joining Northmarq, Garcia served as an Associate at Stan Johnson Company.

Before Stan Johnson Company, Garcia was an Associate at Ascension where she developed her expertise in commercial real estate analysis, marketing and negotiation. Prior to Ascension, she worked as a Marketing Assistant at Kidder Matthews, preparing marketing packages and offering memorandums, as well as a Client Service Coordinator at Colliers International where she specialized in the marketing and coordination of multifamily investments.
