About Jim

Jim Gibson brings more than twenty-five years in residential and commercial real estate brokerage to Northmarq. Gibson and his team have transacted over $1.5 billion in net lease transaction since 2009 and his business development activities cross all segments of the net-lease market including retail, office, industrial and medical. In addition to managing his own team, Gibson was recently promoted to Regional Director & Partner of the Houston office where he is responsible for the leadership and bottom-line success of all activities in the Southwest Region for Northmarq.

Before joining Northmarq, Gibson served as Regional Director and Partner at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, he was Vice President of Development for Morrison Homes, responsible for land development and sale of 600 residential lots and homes annually. The CoStar Group has named Gibson a CoStar Power Broker, which Gibson views as a testament to the strength of Stan Johnson Company’s client broker relationship and industry leading sales platform.
