About Jeff

Jeff Hughes is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. Hughes has been dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of service since he joined Stan Johnson Company more than two decades ago. He is highly regarded as an expert in all aspects of the net lease industry, including build-to-suits, portfolio sales, joint ventures, sale leaseback and zero cash flow structures. Leading a team of exceptional and focused net lease professionals, Hughes has completed over $10 billion in net leased transactions. Hughes draws upon his invaluable 30+ years of investment sales and real estate finance experience to formulate the best plan of action for his highly valued clients.

Hughes and his team are actively representing institutional, private equity and high net worth investors on a diverse mix of property types including industrial, office, retail and medical.

Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Hughes maintained various positions in the mortgage banking business. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he is also a member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
