About Jacob

Jacob Ryan is a Senior Associate at Northmarq’s Tulsa office. Ryan and his team, led by Ryan Butler and Brad Moulder, specialize in the disposition, acquisition, and capitalization of net lease industrial, retail, and office properties for private and institutional clients nationwide. Their combined experience and transaction record spans across nearly two decades and 670+ transactions totaling more than $3.48 billion in volume.

Before joining Northmarq, Ryan served as an Associate at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Ryan worked at a privately held oil and natural gas exploration firm in Oklahoma City. In this role, he was responsible for originating more than $15 million in oil and gas royalty acquisitions, transaction management and diligence, and the marketing of royalty packages for disposition to institutional and private capital investors across the country.
