About Douglas
Doug Clyburn is an Associate Vice President in Northmarq’s Atlanta market. Clyburn is a strategic, results-oriented real estate professional with more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Specializing in retail properties, he assists his clients with the disposition, acquisition, and sale-leaseback of commercial investment properties. Before joining Northmarq, Clyburn served as Associate Director in Stan Johnson Company’s Alpharetta, Georgia office.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Clyburn served as Investment Advisor for Shane Investment Property Group. While in this role, he represented clients in the Southeast in the acquisition, sale, and exchange of shopping centers and single-tenant net lease retail properties. Previously, Clyburn served as Vice President of Retail Services with CBRE, as well as Vice President for First Colony Financial and as a Vice President with Halpern Enterprises, the second-largest private owner of shopping centers in Georgia. He also served as a Senior Leasing Manager for Regency Centers, which has over 400 shopping centers nationwide.
