David Clary is a Senior Vice President at Northmarq’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office. Representing individual and institutional buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from one million to one hundred million, Clary has closed transactions totaling more than $4 billion. Prior to Northmarq, Clary served as a Senior Director and Partner at Stan Johnson Company. With an extensive financial background and a focused attention to detail, Clary is widely regarded as an expert in zero cash flow structured transactions and successfully manages institutional client relationships.

With responsibilities in finance, business development, acquisitions, and divestitures, Clary worked for Mapco and The Williams Companies prior to joining Stan Johnson Company.
