David Annett

David Annett is an associate vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office. David focuses on middle-market credit portfolio sales, sale leasebacks and joint venture equity structuring in retail, industrial and office properties. 

Before joining Northmarq, David served as senior director at Stan Johnson Company, where he transacted over $729 million in volume and over 120 unique transactions. David was part of founding the firm’s first formal practice group – the Corporate Finance Group. The Corporate Finance Group’s primary focus is providing a range of services specifically to real estate operators and private equity groups, including services such as sale leasebacks, build-to-suit structuring and financing, lease advisory, restructuring and surplus property sales. 

David holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Tulsa. He holds a Real Estate license in the State of Oklahoma and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
