About Caleb

Caleb Edwards is an Associate in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. During his tenure on the healthcare-focused team, Edwards was responsible for managing the team’s listing of a portfolio of free-standing emergency department assets. Additionally, Edwards has extensive experience in Argus modeling and has developed a specialty focus in the multi-tenant medical office space, as well as working with owners, developers, and physicians in their healthcare real estate needs. Before joining Northmarq, Edwards served as an Associate at Stan Johnson Company, where he started as an Investment Analyst in 2019.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Edwards worked for Saint Francis Health System (SFHS) and was responsible for compiling and presenting all the health system's stats to Executives for strategic decision making. Prior to working at SFHS, Edwards held several corporate finance positions at top Fortune 500 companies including Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) and Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX). Edwards holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oral Roberts University.
