About Andy

Andy Gatchell is a Senior Associate in Northmarq’s Chicago office. Gatchell leverages his experienced execution ability in tandem with well-honed analytic skills to be a valued advisor for his clients and to produce maximum returns for their net lease investments. He specializes in the disposition, acquisition, and capitalization of retail, industrial, office, medical and sale-leaseback net lease transactions throughout the United States. He is responsible for senior-level deal execution, business development and contributing to the oversight and direction of the team’s Sales Support Services staff. Before joining Northmarq, Gatchell served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Gatchell was at CBRE where he was part of a market-leading retail brokerage group as well as a member of CBRE’s Junior Retail Advisory Council and one of 25 retail brokers selected for the firm’s National Retail Brokerage Mentorship Program.

Gatchell is a member of ICSC, where he has served on the Next Generation Planning Committee. He is actively involved in the National MS Society, where he has been a top fundraiser in the Mid America Chapter for Bike MS, the philanthropy’s signature event.
