About Andrew

Andrew Small is an Associate Vice President in Northmarq’s Fort Worth office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and single-tenant industrial investment properties primarily in Texas as well as throughout the southeastern United States. His focus in the industrial sector predominantly resides with warehouse, distribution and light manufacturing assets. Small’s commitment to his clients has allowed him to forge strong relationships with capital partners, developers and private equity firms.

Prior to Northmarq, Small opened Stan Johnson Company’s Fort Worth office in 2022 as an Associate Director. Before Stan Johnson Company, Small was an advisor with SVN Trinity Advisors in Fort Worth where he focused on multi-tenant and single-tenant industrial sales. Before transitioning to brokerage with SVN Trinity Advisors, Small spent 13+ years in general contracting and development working his way through the ranks of Project Engineer to Development Manager on large commercial projects in the industrial and healthcare sectors.
