About Albert

Albert Muller represents developers, owner and investors of net leased retail and financial institution properties as an Associate Vice President with Northmarq in the Houston office. Prior to Northmarq, Muller served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company. Webb County “Lawyer of the Year”, Muller came to Stan Johnson Company after having practiced real estate law and commercial real estate brokerage in Texas for nearly two decades. Muller previously received the “Heavy Hitter” award presented by the Houston Business Journal, an honor awarded annually to Houston’s top producing brokers.

Muller has served in a real estate advisory capacity for several fortune 500 companies and developed plans for strategizing and negotiating their national real estate office leasing and asset disposition needs. Facing the insurmountable challenge of building homes in a small area with a population of 2,500, Muller also founded a real estate development company that specialized in planned communities and successfully completed eight subdivisions.
